Spa Policy:
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Not all services are available for online booking. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.Discounts may not be bundled, or used with gift certificates. The larger deal is always applied. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. There is a $100 non - refundable space fee for events. This is collected at time of booking.
Cancellations :
Please cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled wihin 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of services scheduled. No shows will be charged full price.

Check in:
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply.
